Uptrix Ltd, operating Uptrix Build, determines how personal information submitted through this website is used. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to build@uptrix.co.ke.

When you contact us or prepare a project enquiry, you may provide your name, organisation, email address, telephone number, service requirements, budget range and project summary. The website currently opens your email application so you can review and send that information directly.
How we use information
Information you send is used to respond to your enquiry, understand project requirements, prepare recommendations or quotations, deliver requested services, maintain appropriate business records and protect our systems.
Browser storage and analytics
The website stores only your privacy-notice preference in local browser storage. Vercel Web Analytics provides anonymous, aggregate traffic information without analytics cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Details are available in the Cookie Policy.
Service providers and external links
Website hosting, email, WhatsApp and other services may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information. External links are clearly identified where practical.
